Graphic Designer

  • Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
  • Location: Remote (within 4 hours of Mountain Standard Time)
  • Reports to: Founder

Position Overview

Are you the kind of person who hand-letters a protest sign? Do you always make the flyers for the organization you volunteer for? If that’s you, then you might be a great fit for this role!

As the first full-time graphic designer at Common Guild, you will be responsible for helping our clients bring their missions to life. You’ll be designing brands, websites, landing pages, and marketing materials for a wide range of clients in the nonprofit space.

These are just a few of the ways you might spend your time on a given day:

  • Meeting with a client in the harm reduction space to discuss their feedback on moodboards for their new brand
  • Designing a landing page for an end of year giving campaign for a donor network
  • Participating in an internal brainstorming session for a STEM nonprofit’s annual report layout
  • Creating a pitch deck that we’ll use internally for presenting to potential clients
  • Talking about your favorite video game or what you’re currently reading during our weekly team meeting
  • Helping a project manager brainstorm a creative solution to a client’s deadline

Note: We’re primarily focused on finding the right person to join our team. We’re open to adjusting roles, responsibilities, compensation, and title for the right candidate.
